Families working with us get their deposit money within 3 business days of contract completion. The whole process usually takes 10-15 business days.

NewLeaf steps in when an elderly homeowner needs to move into care but doesn’t have immediate access to funds. We provide the upfront payment needed for deposits or transition costs in exchange for a fair, pre-agreed purchase contract on their home. The homeowner keeps full control and occupancy until ready to sell, while we handle the valuation, paperwork, and coordination with care providers—making the entire process fast, transparent, and stress-free for families, care homes, and placement officers alike.
